Hi, I am a bit sick of my printers (Printing Direct), they have decent prices but incredibly unprofessional service. Anyone know a good alternative?

I use two printing companies who have good customer service in my experience.

One is Rainbow based in Bracknell (probably a bit far for you).

The other is Colourflow, they have outlets in Camberley (my contact: Jim Prior), Woking and New Malden, Surrey.

I can recommend Stuart at Whitespark. He's a member of this forum.

I've only used him a couple of times but for one of the jobs I got 5000 full colour 2 sided business card flyers on 300gsm card for £50! It was an intro offer so not sure if it's still running. He got the artwork on a Tuesday night and I had them delivered to my door by Friday morning. Can't go wrong!

depends what your having made. If its not time sensitive and your spending in the 1000's id get it printed in china. Costs would be half what they are in the UK and in my experience dealing with Chinese printers, if you find a good one then their quality outshines the UK by a mile.

Sorry to hear all complaint. You can try all your print at creativeprinter the UK's largest online printer. They based in London, hence quicker turnaround surrounding London and all over UK due to its geographical location. They do all Litho print and custom size like bespoke. recently I have done my SPOT UV Business card and they are lovely. Their contact details info(at)creativeprinter.co.uk and phone 02078703468 . You can phone them even at 9pm and they are still at factory but happy to assist for your print service.
