Most platforms dont like content from other sources, LinkedIn ranks Youtube links really badly.
So probably best to post to all platforms directly.

Firstly, post on each platform, entirely independently.
However, this then means it depends on the nature of your vid. So it has to be a certain format and style for Insta, another for YT etc... E.g. for YT, you have to get your thumbnail right. When selecting what video to watch, users on YT select from the thumbnail.
Then, I'd pump a load of ££££ into it for maximum exposure.
