Yes, but have you looked at the site?
No, the password listed didn't work. [to be fair I rarely see a new site when someone asks for feedback without a ton of issues and missing the mark on most pages, I can often take a previous report, change the site name and send it]
The problem with Shopify is people who are used to another platform don't get it, they see a bunch of hurdles and then write it off.
I say that not in a disrespectful way but from my own experience having written it off, my background being everything from custom coded ecommerce sites through to oscommerce, magento, wordpress/woo etc....
Once I was forced into it, I realised that it actually has more power than people realise, the platform is stable, converts very well, is very flexible (if you come from a programming background and therefor understand liquid)
Most sites we run don't use additional plugins, the only caveat to that is the Shipping API where we run custom coded API for clients to get custom shipping rates with the only cost being the hosting PHP API (single page in most instances)
The key with Shopify is the right Theme, it is a one off payment but gives lifetime of updates ** and includes 99% of the things needed, with some subtle edits in the templates the SEO score can be improved massively.
It is inherently slower than some platforms (although that's about to improve) but it makes little difference to Google, they rank Shopify well organically if setup correctly.
It's customer intuitive and a cost effective solution.
Not saying it's the best and not with it's problems, as that would be a lie but it's not the poor solution that it's often cited to be.
** the themes often need updating by hand, this is where management fees come in for us, it's not a big deal. Most store owners would never do the level of changes we would make to a store, but then that's why we charge for our time/experience.
