Office chairs - try before you buy?

Hi,
With bricks and mortar office supplies outlets being so scarce these days, I wonder if anyone knows of somewhere you can go to try out office chairs before buying? The last few years I've ordered off the internet and rarely been satisfied with the quality/comfort/seating position etc. Some companies offer a returns period but it's far more practical to go and sit on a few to see what suits best.

Anywhere in Lancashire/Greater Manchester/Merseyside considered.

Not sure where you can try but I have to smile as all my pop up adverts on here seem to be for office chairs now

I did buy a new chair from these people earlier in the year officefurniture.co.uk service was excellent
