    Hi All,

We try to be paperless so everything goes by email/cloud etc.

A customer is insisting on hard copy of their insurance policy document by post - it is a hefty document (40 pages+).

Does anyone use a print and send service for ad-hoc one-offs?

Needs to be online so I can just upload the documents, tell them who to send it to and pay!

    Thanks,
    Frank

Just a thought - I don't think this is possible??????

I assume Data Protection will mean I can't actually do this as the printing company will be able to see sensitive data!!

Can I pop into a local printshop (or even local library) with a memory stick and be able to print it off myself?

    Cheers.

    I use CFH Docmail.

You could just use an office printer......

Hi Frank - My local Mailboxes offers that service - email them a file they will print it and then arrange to courier or post it for you.

Seems unusual in this day and age any reason given why they can't print it out themselves if they want a hard copy.
