Looking for a Meeting room

I am a small business owner and since the recent climate in the economy, I can't afford to pay for my serviced office. Now, I'm looking for suggestions on just having a meeting room to with my clients.

Any idea on any company offering cheap deals or offers?

with regus you can just rent a meeting room, they are arround the country and are very nice , good rates to, i think you rent per hour.

If you do a lot of meetings in London i recommend the IOD (institute of directors). Very nice meeting areas in the City and West End.

I agree that Regus are great and in Bristol our local Business link hire out meeting room. Or what about your local golf club or hotel, some offer smaller rooms at reasonable prices.

My site is fairly new, i have only really concentrated on the north and midlands so far but maybe you can find something on www.rooms4functions.co.uk its not jsut function rooms.

If you can't afford your serviced office why don't you get q virtual office instead - I think you can get free meeting room time included in your deal and they are a lot cheaper than a full time office.

Im based in Manchester.

However the site covers the whole country its aimed at getting people who have function rooms/meeting rooms etc to advertise to people such as yourself. Its still taking off and im not sure how many rooms have been listed in the Reading area as i have been mainly concentrating in and around where i live.

One of my friends in using Avanta in Harrow and loves it.

Where do you need to hold meetings? Sometimes hotels, pubs & conference centres work out cheaper if there are alot of you but if its only for small meeting every once in a while then a virtual office is probably a good idea.
