I’m thinking to start a small business about looking for products or suppliers from China for UK business owners (depends on their requirements).

I’m based in UK. But my English is not good enough for a business level. So I am thinking to find a business partner to build the business in UK together.

Forgot to say that I am Chinese based in UK. I am familiar with dropshipping and supplier in China.

To get a serious business partner interested you need to prepare at least an outline of your business idea/plan.
With your suggestion that you will be a middle man/agent how you find and bill customers will be important.
Also clearly understanding why your customers should choose your company from among the plethora of similar businesses if you are going to impress a potential partner enough for them to invest time and money into your plan.

Why can't they do this themselves? If I need something from China there are loads of agents I can use for this. Even better, they are in China and can do the inspections for me.

However....

If you were to identify potential products, import to the UK and sell from your own warehouse you might do well.

That's what people expect.

I think looking to specialise in one product area would be a sound idea Google around and see if there is an opportunity in a line of products being over looked by others ..... then become an expert in that area.
