Looking for a local partner to launch a pet retreat in Bolton (dogs & cats)

Hi everyone,

I’m developing a small home-style pet boarding retreat in Bolton called Pet Retreat Dave.
It’s a new concept where pets stay in real rooms, not cages, with separate wings for dogs and cats, outdoor play areas, CCTV for owners, and an on-call veterinary partnership.
I already have a complete business plan, cost projections, and a detailed layout for the facility.
I’m now looking for a local partner or co-founder who loves animals and wants to help launch this project, ideally someone with experience in operations, pet care, or small business management.

I do not think this is a new concept. Most pet homes have very good facilities these days.

Pretty much all the pet hotels around here have rooms not cages. Why is it different in Bolton?

How many pets would you need to board for the business to be viable?
