Logo design for community mag

I'm looking for a logo design for my new business. It's for a local community magazine.

I just recently (2 days ago) took part with my local Community Association and helped them out with their designs at a very good discount.

An idea.

Nice - I would say as it's print based it would come out better with out the drop shadow though it won't have quite the dept it has currently. And the tag line could do with centring vertically - but good work for a quicky!

Photos are seldom used as logos for very good reasons.
