Hi all
My name is Andrei.
For long time I am thinking to start a little Airbnb " business " in my home country-Romania.
I am looking to buy a plot of land next to a lake ( about 900 square meters) on a hill .
The price is about 16000 excluding 21 percent VAT.
On this plot of land I want to bring a double decker vintage bus - the ones used in London , and build a " mini" London like place .
I want to convert the bus so it will have a toilet , shower , one or two bedrooms, a cuchinette , a table , a small deck in front of the bus, a barbecue place , a fire place outside , a coffee table on top of the bus .
Also I want to have a phone booth ( the red one) .
What else do You think I can add , so people will get a taste of London when they choose to spend a night or two ?

I think you should concentrate on the bus, rather than trying to make a Little London. It is the authenticity of the bus and the standard of accommodation that it provides that will give you the good reviews you need.

Forget the taste of London (there is no taste in my view it's a cesspit) I would bet the majority want to forget about the place give us a taste of Romania ........ and what has the lake got to offer, forget the bus and get a boat

Although there could be an argument for giving people a taste of what London once was

Is this for Romanians to stay in? I would say go for it. They probably have a more romantic view of what London is like compared to native Brits.

Depends on which bit of London you visit. Went to see the poppies at the Tower of London last week. An excellent day out.

I manage a number of short term rentals.

Why do you feel people booking to stay in the countryside in Romania want to have a 'mini London stay' ? Have you done market research that shows there's a large market for this in Romania .
