Companies house recommends this company and you can incorporate a limited company for 99p what a bargain lol http://www.1stchoice-formations.co.uk/
If it's anything like the 99p one from Crunch accounting it will end up costing more in the amount of time you spend reading the emails and answering cold calls from them trying to sell services.

Don't know about them but i sue and recommend https://www.theformationscompany.com/ all the time , company in £4.99 , all online within 24 hours

I registered a company with them yesterday for what I thought was going to be 0.99 +VAT
Their website lets you complete your limited company without taking the Barclays Bank Account.
However this morning I had an email and then a subsequent phone call. They said that you have to have the Barclays account as they get the commission. I said not interested they then asking for the companies house registration fee. I told them no as they hadn't completed the order.
Their site shouldn' allow to you complete the order if you have to take out the bank account.
If it looks too good to be true then it is.

The company is ok but i think they should have made the catch a bit more noticable to say the least. It looks identical for all the services.
personally i would pay a few quid more and get paper copies etc and never go direct to companies house. It is almost never worth the saving.
