Hello I wish to open a canine creche to build my dog walking business however what certificate is needed from my local council? as I will not be 'boarding' it will be a place to play inside and have the owners stay but i would like to have the option of the owners going shopping while their dog is safely in creche.

Could it cater for owners working?

There are those of us able to leave the dog for an hour or two but we would find it cruel to leave them for 10 hours a day.

You may need planning permission for this. Also, I would check my home insurance to see if you are covered. If you have not got it already, getting public liability insurance would be sensible.
