Over many months I have been getting occasional issues where, for clients paying invoices (via a Stripe connection), the transaction shows an error, the client processes it again and they are charged twice.
The number of times this happens is increasing monthly and clients accuse me of incompetence and one has even mentioned that I could be scamming!
I have reported this to KF several times and the responses have been anywhere between 'it has been sorted' and 'it is your client's fault'!
Has anyone else had these issues?
I have been using KF for 15+ years as it fits my exact needs, but now think it could be time for a change (maybe I need to accelerate my own development!).
The cynical part of me thinks that this actually a ploy to use their own payments system!
