Hi there, I'm Harry, founder of an occupational health company called Smart Clinic and I've just joined UKBF so I'm politely introducing myself and my company.

I'm still learning the etiquette of the forums so please be patient with me. I've joined to network and socialise with other like-minded business owners (running a business feels quite lonely sometimes) and be able to ask advice. Who knows, I may even be able to offer some advice of my own too!

Look forward to speaking with you :)

Hallo Harry and welcome to UKBF.

We get all sorts of employment questions and often they relate to toxic situations at work so your expertise will be most welcome.

Nice to see a Wellbeing company with qualified people - when i was looking at the sector last year there were loads of companies claiming to do well being checks etc etc who were staffed by people with various random qualifications in things like Reiki but no actual OH OT or even HR qualifications

Welcome Harry.

Pull up a chair and have a good look around.

Get yourself involved - we all run businesses so are in a position to share our experiences (good and bad) as well as providing others with advice in our particular area of expertise!

Thank you. Unfortunately 'wellbeing' has become a bit of a buzz word recently, so too many companies just add it into their service offering without it meaning too much - jumping on the bandwagon.
