I’m looking to open my own indoor soft play and was looking for some advice and do’s and dont’s. Suitable pricing? Party advice etc

The primary advice I'd give is:

1. Understand the business model (it's not what you think)

2. Run your numbers IN DETAIL

Expect to be empty more often than you are full.

You are going to need a lot of processes and procedures in place, including Health & Safety, Safeguarding and the Insurance will not be cheap!

Large building, Large heat bill, Expensive equipment, Large lease,

In my location we have a large indoor cycle park for trials bikes and roller skating all the wooden ramps etc. seems full weekends and evenings. maybe worth investigating, lot less expense to setup I imagine and tiny crew
