Hi All,
I am Claire, I started my own recruitment agency in January 2017. I took the plunge and bought the agency I was branch Manager of for 8 years. Prior to that I have worked for Michael Page in Australia and Blue Arrow and other smaller independent agencies in my 19 years of recruiting. I am really enjoying running my own agency and wish I had done it sooner! My biggest frustration though has been my Lloyds Commercial Finance Factoring or Cash Connect account! Can anyone recommend a simple factoring company for temp invoices only? I am being driven to distraction by Lloyds and their incorrect allocations and extremely confusing cash connect web site! I am paying for their service and they cannot get simple things right! Apart from that I am loving being my own boss!
