Handing in notice on Probation

So I'm in a job and have been here for 7 months I'm still on probation and have never signed a contract.
How much notice can I give to leave?
I would really like some help on this

If your contract is silent on this point you have to give 1 week. If your contract states what period of notice is required, it is that period.

You say you've never signed a contract but have you been given or sent one?

It's unusual that probation last more then 6 months but some employers say it can be extended in their contracts but limited by 3 months more maximum

So did you actually received a contract? (regardless if signed it or not)

I ask has you may have agreed to a contract if you received a copy; even if you not signed it; has you working there which could be implied you have agreed to the contract as you doing the job and being paid for it.
