Google's Pay per Action

Google are currently beta testing a Pay per Action offering (USA only at the moment) How do forums members think this will affect Pay per Click? Will more advertisers favour PPA or PPC?

Same old things again and again.
As I remember some of the advertising agencies tried same thing before maybe about two year, and it failed. Why ?
Serious publishers would never put this kind of advert on their web pages, because none doesn't want to sign up for newsletter anymore anywhere, and sure if they get there via ads, so there is no payment for advertisers.

Google is just using situation and if they can they would pay you a nothing for advertising on you web site.

From all aspects in my point of view google is much worst the Microsoft or Yahoo. YPN works better and you are paid better.
