Generally How much a Leased line cost for voice & data Plan?

We are in Central London, and we are looking to replace the existing ISDN, PSTN, ADSL connection and go for a leased line solution. I do not have much knowledge about the line but I heard from many friends that its very good for large file transfer and HD streaming. Can anyone suggest where is the best place to start with?
