We are actively looking for a partner, maybe an agency, that can act like a front-desk for us in UK. We need this in order to extend our business in UK.

No, we are not. Is this a requirement for doing business with an UK partner or for developing financial related solutions? I started now to look into this.

Sorted out. No, we don.t have it but now that we found out about it we.ll apply for it. If I understood correctly will take about 6 months.

You question actually made us speed up our plans so we just incorporated Griffinbyte Ltd. We.ll transfer operational part to it. Our current office in Iasi, Romania will only act as our R&D office.
