this is the 2nd time today i've seen NICEIC mentioned. the other post was claiming someone giving out their advice on re-wiring a house wasn't registered with NIEIC, from this comment now - "will report you" - are we to assume Massey isn't registered? is this a legal requirement for this type of work??

with regard to the company/domain name, i've seen plently of sites with 'town-trade' addresses & can't see this an issue. but, to have the Ltd in the domain does really imply that's your actual business name, a little confusing perhaps? as a potential customer i might think it strange that 'Birmingham Electricians Ltd' doesn't actually exist...

Massy have you read my other posts,You should have more time now you have not got to take your SATS,You are stepping over the line,So far this week you have:
Copied all the content from one of my websites for your own use
Traded as Birmingham Electricians Ltd when it does not exist
Showed a blatent dis-regard for ethical business practices

And then..........Had the "Cheek" to offer me the work you do nor require!

This is what is Happening:

1) By now you should of recieved our first letter,asking you to assure us none of our website content will be used again.

2) If we get no response we will inform companies house
3) We will raise a complaint with Nomiet Uk
4) We will take you to the County Court
5) We will instruct our IT Company To gather relevent information
6) I will tell your Dad !!!!!!
7) Will inform the NICEIC

Let this be an end to this matter----Please call me later

Did I mention that Livewire Group also owns a company called "Investigation U.K." Must have forgot that!!!!!!

Number 6 is below the belt....Massey Is there some reason why you are using a socket outlet picture on your "Now No 1 Website" that is of Europeon Standards are you venturing into the unknown like " Afther Daley" or have you got something else in mind? When someone types the keyword into google my add is displayed, if the user does not like the look of page 1 they scroll to page 2 or 3 or 4 and my add is displayed again,

ok maybe we have wires crossed, I've just typed keyword into Google and my ad is on page one but not on 2,3,4 - done that with 2 seperate ads. How come yours appear on page 2 as well as page 1 ?! I'm confused:|

You are incorrect Massey, your ad will not appear on page 2 of the same search if it appeared on page 1, for each search your ad is positioned 1-14 (or more), the only way it is triggered again is if you refresh the search. You haven't got ads set up for more than one domain have you? If you have, you're violating Google's double serving policy.

Unless I'm completely missing the point here this is in fact quite a common happening and something I see a lot.

Here are a couple of examples I have just done:

http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=e...+tv&btnG=Search&aq=f&aqi=g2&aql=&oq=&gs_rfai=
Two of the ads appearing on page one also appear on page two,three,four,etc

http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=e...331&q=superdry&aq=f&aqi=g10&aql=&oq=&gs_rfai=
Only one ad this time but appearing on both page one and two,three,four,five,etc

And when I type in birmingham electricians I'm also seeing the same ads appearing on both pages.

I always assumed it was down to a lack of competition but I have just typed in "seo" and I'm seeing a couple of ads that are on page 1 and page 2, so it is not as clear cut as I first thought.

It can happen if there is a lot of competition...

Something along the lines of...

Page 1: Top ( 1 - 3) | Side (4 - 11)

Page 2: Top (4 - 6) | Side (12 - 19)

Page 3: Top (1, 2, 7) | Side (20 - 25)

Page 4: Top (1 - 3) | Side (4 - 11)

Based on an example of 25 ads being eligible for the search query, the quality threshold that ads must exceed to appear in a top spot often varies per page...
