Hi
I currently job share a role where I work with another colleague.
It has come to light that my colleague was summoned to a meeting with HR and asked to sign an NDA.
HR then discussed with him the fact that our line manager (transport manager) was leaving the company and was asked if he wanted to take on the role as transport manager under a new contract.
I feel a bit aggrieved that I was a) excluded from this meeting as we share the same position so I feel that I should have been equally involved in the meeting concerning the departure of our line manager and b) that he I was not offered the same opportunity.
Where do I stand?
