Hi,

Does anyone know of a service where if I want to write to a customer, I can send a PDF of the letter by email to the provider, and they print it out and post to the customer? I understand this wouldn't be for free.

Any suggestions appreciated,

Paul

I have sent you a pm, the price is just an example of a credit account with us but we would offer this service to you.

I just signed up to a service yesterday called pc2paper. Think it cost me something like 60p for a 1 page pdf to a UK address.

I found this comparison on my search, via post was the other contender but it didn't look as geared to 1 off letters.

The Federation of Small Businesses have a service they recommend. I have not used it, but it advertises as being cheaper than a stamp! It handles one transaction to thousands in one go.

As I say, I have not tried it...

I've used ViaPost on a few occasions and quite simply it "just works" and is priced reasonably. Not much else to say!
