Editing filtered pages meta info?

Does anyone know if this can be done?
I am using zen cart.
Heres an example of one of the pages i wish to edit http://www.stylesukdesignerclothing.co.uk/stone-island/coats-and-jackets

I not sure whether this can be done or not and would appreciate any help.

I have done all the most of the other pages. But wanted to know if their is a way to change only the filtered pages...
I would appreciate any tips help you can give me!
