I have just found this forum & I love it! What a great place to learn from the experience of others, find tips and (hopefully) give advice to others.
I am very keen to develop Dorset's first mobile browser friendly directory service. The directory will include more than the traditional telephone & fax numbers, it will include:

This is not going to be just another directory!
I found this forum trying to overcome my first obstacle (not problem!)
I am trying to find out if I need some sort of agreement / advertising agreement, and if I do, how this would need to be worded, what would it have to include, (to safeguard the customer / advertiser and myself as Im a sole trader at this time).
I have something written already, but I would like to find someone with experience that could amend and or suggest inclusions, (free of charge), as I can not yet afford to pay for this service.
BUT I am happy to include such a professional (whom is based in the Dorset area) in my directory free of charge
I am also prepared to extend the above offer to anyone (whom is based in the Dorset area) that can provide valuable help and assistance, (free of charge!), in the key areas of the business model that I may encounter legal, (etc), problems.
