Seriously - the hosting servers have been playing up this weekend (my sites are hosted at the same datacentre as UKBF)

It seems all the servers got p****d watching the Rugby

That's funny Hayles, I had exact same problem yesterday. I got in only after shutting down computer and starting again.

Maybe the forum has something against us sharing the same birthday!

No, I don't think it was. I think if my memory is not too addled it said it was a 403? error and I was being denied access. I didn't get the forum at all.

ah ok, that would be caused by an incorrect permissions setting on the server...

I've seen this before - you sometimes get a 403 error on / and /forums. Accessing a deep link works fine.

I have told Sift about it before too.
