Spoke to my son (who lives in Germany) and a number of fulfilment companies now offer this service. But they are picky and expect you to visit in person. The company he works for only deal with tools and are an agent for two UK distributors.

It's an EU requirement to have an authorised representative if selling in the EU.

Sorry, I didn't mean that lol.

I meant in what circumstances are the sales being made. Website, Amazon, etc? If it is Amazon alone then there are dedicated companies that deal with this. There is a big thread on this subject here...
