It is strange that some major venues do not operate cash machines or they don't work - one venue I use has had 4 operators go bust in under 2 years.
Barclays offer a merchant cashback without purchase so retailers can offer cashbacks like an ATM.
Apart from Barclays, or getting my own ATM, does anyone have ideas on service providers that offer this service?
I also wondered what the ramifications were of offering cashback based on bank transfer, not cards (increased security for me!).
