Can you access my site?

I've been told by a few people that they can't access my site and get an 'access denied'! How can I fix this?

Ask them to do a trace route to your site and send you the info, this will let you (or your host) know if they are actually reaching your server.

1) click start then run
2) type "command" or "cmd" without quotes
3) type "tracert domain.com"
4) right click and select "mark"
5) highlight the complete trace results
6) paste into mail and send to you

the last line of the trace should look like

14 136 ms 108 ms 153 ms freeweb.extendcp.co.uk [82.110.105.10]

Thanks vshosting. I got to step 3 and am getting a lot of 'request timed out' on the trace?! I don't understand what's going on?

Access denied doesn't suggest to meet it'd be a routing problem.

They shouldn't be getting "timed out" though. I've just pinged it and got a response so it's not just a matter of your server or firewall dropping ICMP packets.

Can you post the entire output of the tracert? IDeally from more than one person that is having the problem.

That's just plain odd. I don't why it's routing into the US. www.loopgames.co.uk is in the UK according to my trace.

Can you post the very first line, where is says "tracing route to..."
