Can i create a company in UK by adding a public privacy

Hey,
I'd like to create a company but remain anonymous in the public records to maintain my privacy, is that possible in the UK?

If not perhaps creating a offshore company in a certain country?

Note that it's not for tax evasion, i will notify UK of this company and pay my taxes in UK.

The name of the directors will be published. The contact details of the directors can be company address. You cannot be anonymous.

Lots of companies provide nominee director service. You can use that to stay anonymous. Do a search on Google for 'nominee director service'.

Please keep in mind you will still be listed as a person with significant control (PSC). If you want to avoid that then you can form an offshore company which can own the UK company and act as PSC.
