Hi Pete,

Because Steve has no import experience from China before. This is very normal.

We told him,the DHL will help him transport 1000pcs lanyards and make custom-declare.And the lanyard will arrive in his office.Our he need to do is to arrange payment through his bank.(I am teaching him how to pay via bank or Western Union.)

Maybe to order via our UK business partner will make things easier for Steve.

Never mind.We should be patient.
