Hi.
Wondering whether someone can help. I moved my business last March to a different location. My landline is virtual and diverts to a mobile as I have no office. However the landlines number has stopped diverting to the specific mobile number saying its out of use?
I can't find any ppw about the mobile number and the mobile number has been with me for 25 years so I'm now struggling to maintain communication with my customers....help what can i do

There are people on here with greater knowledge of the telecoms space than I, but I wonder if your virtual landline already has the ability to be a VOIP number? If so, you can use an app on your phone to make and receive calls using that number. I personally use "Softphone" which is a paid for Android App, but is very reliable at receiving calls from my VOIP number.

Good Morning Lesley,

I would be happy to help, I work for a telecom company if the landline has stopped diverting to the mobile & the landline is virtual there will be a management website to look at this.

Feel free to give me a call if that's easier to explain the situation.

Lesley,

What did your landline number provider say when you spoke to them?

Have you checked with your virtual number provider to confirm if the service is still active? If the number is truly out of use, you may need to request a reactivation or port it to a new provider before you lose it permanently. Your mobile number receiving the forwarded calls could be the issue as well. Hopefully you got it resolved by now.
