Best Desktop Tape Dispenser?

Can anyone recommend a brand of desktop tape dispenser?

I recently bought one, but it doesn't cut the tape neatly - looks bad on my parcels. Hoping someone can let me know what they use before I buy another?

Its good and weighty. Used one for years.

Scotch magic tape looks good on parcels, matt finish.

The actual Sellotape brand or a cheaper alternative?
Hobbycraft, two rolls of tape for a £1 alongside a single roll of the real stuff for £3. The latter cuts better.........
