Hello everyone,

We are currently looking for an 'all in one' CRM system to use within our business.

We are looking at using Work etc, has anyone had any experience with this system or could you advise on any others?

We need the CRM to have the below features:

- basic invoicing
- sales leads management (email marketing helpful)
- customer information storeage
- project manager

Our business is online marketing offering SEO and web design. Currently it needs only 1 user, but within 3 months this will increase to 3.

We currently use outlook and dropbox but was hoping to switch over to Google Apps and integrate everything into one place. So preferably the CRM would need good integration with Google Apps.

Many thanks in advance!

Rob

capsule crm

linked automagically to kashflow for invoicing / accounting

connected up to magento via carrytheone to bring in customer details from online orders

exporting to mailchimp for email management

linked to freshdesk for email inquiries / support tickets

and tied into zopim for live chat

life is easy again

I use Zoho and have found it good for my small business.

I did fill in the form on the salesforce site to find out more detail and within minutes got a phone call with a hard sell for £500 a month.

I never respond to hard sell, why would a value for money product need a hard sell?
