I did not want to advertise or spam, just wanted to tell business owners that we just launched a new website. So if you got business in uk, you can write an article about the place where you have your business so we will give a backlink for it plus we are willing to add your contact details if you want. Guest blogging is welcome! What makes it a good quality backlink - why not explain the benefits if you want anyone to bite on your excellent offer of 'come and populate my currently empty website with your content in exchange for a "good quality backlink"'.
