Using Zapier to connect to Quickbooks

Hi

we have been going backwards and forwards with Zapier support for a few months as we are trying to connect our WooCommerce site to Quickbooks, we have multiple sites so need something slighlty more complex that QB Connector.

the issue we are getting is that the VAT fields we select are constantly blocked. We get this error
"Failed to create a new invoice in QuickBooks Online
A business validation error has occurred while processing your request: Business Validation Error: Make sure all your transactions have a VAT rate before you save."

When mapping the steps we have 'Create INvoice' and total_tax is set 'tax_code' is not set nor is shipping_tax - Tax field is Set to 20% RC SG
I am confused by it all, Zapier offer support but everythng they suggest doens't work and they have given different ansers to multitude of questions only to revert to the original settings that didn't work anyway.

QB well they have been thier usual and had no one available to understanf what I am !!

We use Parex Bridge for eBay / Shopify. Pretty sure they have Woo integration.

It's works well and is very reasonably priced.

Thanks for that, does it link to be able to manage stock, create invoices in QB? And this is why we started looking at Zapier, we have 6 websites, so we would need QuickBooks to send back stock levels to the five websites to reflect the 6th websites sales.

It does do stock sync, but we do our sync from our order management software so not sure how good it is.

It creates sales receipts for us as we receive payment at time of purchase. I think it could import invoices if you receive orders that then get paid later but never tried to use it for that.
