Appeal hearing... Next steps

Morning,

I need some advise on an employment matter. Gone through all stages of disciplinary to appeal. But employer lied about some things he said in the meetings and this impacted the appeal descicion . I did record the meetings and have evidence they did in fact say these things, but is it worth taking it to tribunal.
