Bored of the holidays yet and wants to get back ... or am I just weird?

I'm with you on that. Bah humbug, etc : )

Anyone else noticed that clients seem to think that invoices with due dates on or around xmas/new year don't really have to be paid until January?

Today is a normal work day here, public holidays that fall on weekends are not carried over as in the UK

That's pretty much standard Duane... as are those were the due date is around the 15th putting them "in the post" - mind you it was a nice present getting all those cheques on the 23rd.

Yes! I've got £3000 to get hold of tomorrow. Cheeky swines.

For me, having work tomorrow is Christmas

Its been nice to be Off work (proper job) and being able to concentrate on my want to be proper job (the art!)

However somewhat frustrating that my clients and suppliers have all been off work!

Hope that makes sense LOL

Glad I am not alone then!

I think I pretty much have everything I can do done here at work which is a pain. I'm thinking about banning weekends, bank holidays and holiday for the team so I don't become as bored again.

Well I'm not looking forward to the bakery. I've been stopping up half the night on here and I know i'll not sleep for work next morning at 4am, so i'll be like a zombie first day back

I have been bored now and again, hence been on here most of the time for someone to talk to, I put Mark in quarantine, i'm lucky i've not caught his bug yet

Yeah, but that would fall into my hands since they would have to work the extended time to cover their legal fees ;-)

That's true. I guess the Trade Unions do have a purpose after all! All to contain Richard ;)
