Verify Sub-Contractor for CIS

Has anyone had any problems verifying a sub-contractor today for CIS status With HMRC?
I use Moneysoft payroll manager and have been trying since this morning and it keeps coming back with ‘no response yet’ and then ‘outstanding’
Just wondered if it was a Moneysoft issue or or a HMRC issue or even a me issue.

Yes, I finally got the accepted email around 9.00pm, I also tried submitting using my agent account and the HMRC site but that never worked either, but at least that proved that it was not me or Moneysoft.
