There is a lot of borrowing going on. The general consensus is there will be a lot of buildings full of rusting servers within a couple of years. 2027 seems to be the suggested date.

I would add generally I wouldn't trust a word that comes out of BOE this is a group who were up to their necks in the Libor scandal

Maybe so but many central banks are warning of the same thing: huge investment concentrated on a small number of businesses.

There's also a lot of circular investment going on. Silicon suppliers and AI companies investing in each other to keep things going.
