Hello all,

I ran a profitable print & embroidery business, sadly being in it's infancy covid has made me start from the bottom again - however, a lot of my customer base also went down under along with my stable income.

I have been developing products to sell on E-commerce or B2B as this works better around my current situation, back in full time engineering as the mortgage wasn't going to wait!

I still have a lot of stock, equipment etc...

There are a lot of products, good production cost, competitively priced and attractive.
I am not looking for a full business partner, more so a collaborator on a profit share alternatively B2B a vendor/reseller, someone currently selling on Amazon/Ebay etc

1. Is this achievable?
2. Would start ups be a viable option?
3. If so where would the best place be to start?

I appreciate any feedback/guidance,

Thanks in advance.

You are probably trying to do something that cannot be done. You have had success in the past in what is a very crowded market and that is to be commended, but what you have now is a business that has not been able to support one person with a living for two or three years now. I suggest, either try to sell as a going concern and hope that someone will be interested, or sell what you have piece by piece.

Only suggestion i can make is to speak to a big local sports club where you would have a few big orders per year for tour kit, hoodies etc which would cover you keeping the company in existence whilst you look at other options.

BUT

Be aware i got personalised tour hoodies for a girls rugby squad, c50 hoodies that were admittedly thin (but fine for a single weekend event) each with a 2 colour embroidered club logo on breast and individual nickname in vinyl transfer on back and they were c£11 delivered inc VAT this May (company called ethicstar)
