Just make sure you're aware that from what I've seen of mobile coffee vans there appears to be a legal obligation to have a terrible pun in the title of your business. "Latte Da" was a new low...
We are used van dealer in Glasgow and buy vans all over the UK and fairly often Ill stumble across a fully converted 'barista' van for sale as a repo where someone hasn't been able to make it work - hardly an accurate barometer tho .
The one's who make a good living out of it are the ones who work none stop. Nobody can make a killing from selling coffee on a long-term basis. As soon as someone finds a decent area it is only a matter of time until another trader comes along and takes some of the gold. The only real chance of securing a spot anywhere is by paying a company some royalties. Those are the only ones who seem to stick around for any decent amount of time, but still they don't usually drive Bentleys
There is a trend for food vans as opposed to coffee vans, and in London, New York, LA etc the trend has been going for a number of years. This might be something to think about.

I don't mind because I love food, lol I think they can cost alot though So if I do decide to get into the mobile catering business, I would need to go to all the festivels, concerts and whatever other meetups?
