A mobile Van business?

The one's who make a good living out of it are the ones who work none stop. Nobody can make a killing from selling coffee on a long-term basis. As soon as someone finds a decent area it is only a matter of time until another trader comes along and takes some of the gold. The only real chance of securing a spot anywhere is by paying a company some royalties. Those are the only ones who seem to stick around for any decent amount of time, but still they don't usually drive Bentleys :)

There is a trend for food vans as opposed to coffee vans, and in London, New York, LA etc the trend has been going for a number of years. This might be something to think about.

There is a big event coming up in London, Camden Lock area I think, very soon with lots of vans there.
There is a website with some details and links on:http://www.truckstoplondon.com/ and here is another: http://www.streetfeastlondon.com/

The Nationwide Caterers Association http://www.ncass.org.uk/ might be of use.

I don't mind because I love food, lol I think they can cost alot though:( So if I do decide to get into the mobile catering business, I would need to go to all the festivels, concerts and whatever other meetups?
