Any advices how to set up an offshore company and bank account and what are the best offshore zones?

...to achieve what objective(s)?
This...
Are you looking to avoid [note avoid] tax, then this isn't the forum for that discussion.
Are you looking to sell products in to different international markets, then it will depend on where your target are located.
Just looking for a lifestyle change? In which case what sort of weather are you attracted to and what languages do you speak?

It really depends on why you are looking offshore, and also what is your budget.

It also depends on what you are doing and/or what you want to do! In some respects and for some activities, the UK is already a tax haven. So are France (agriculture) and Germany (manufacturing and housing) and most other EU countries.

You need to talk to a specialist, plenty of options, with different criteria and risks involved, it also depends on how long you might wish to have this facility, even political stability comes into the equation.

Unless it's a significant amount of profits you're wanting to reduce your tax liability on (multi-millions) clever tax planning in the UK is your best bet. Pay the money to get advice from a top tax planner.
