Gift for the Boss, any ideas?

I'm looking for a gift for my boss for anniversary of company. She's a midage elegant lady and I want to give her something realy nice and special because she's a great boss
So I searched the web and I found very interesting shop youartme dot com I'm thinking about maybe a piece of art or a cup? It looks very nice. What do you think? Do you know other websites or do you have some ideas? Thanks for help! - Mark

Perfume is to risky, I don't know what kind of perfume does she like.
I think I'll buy this a cup from youartme.com . She likes the tea-coffe staff (have plenty of it in office!), so I think it'll suit her And it is hand-painted, so it's original gift. What do you think?

Piece of art or a cup would be fine but in my opinion you should gift her something unique. It seems to me that Fruit Flowers would be the perfect gift for your great boss.

Agree on this one. You can have a personalized tshirt as your gift, a mug, a photo album..be creative. Your boss will appreciate your gift if you exert an effort in trying to make her happy.
