'The XXX Warehouse' - Dog Accessories

What can I replace the 'XXX' with ?:redface:

The tag line says dog, and if I expand to other pet products, I will have to rename it.

I'm looking for something that is related to dogs, but isn't quite as direct :)

'The Pet Warehouse' already exists :(

It's a website name, but hopefully will be a brand. I plan to have it as [Name] - Dog Accessories. Then [Name] - Dog Walking etc.

Waggles Warehouse is good. I'll keep that in mind ;)

Is Warehouse fixed in stone?

I just wonder whether that's the image you really want?

Many adoring dog owners like to think of their dogs as being very special and 'warehouse' may possibly create the wrong image - big and uncaring maybe??

Good point, but it also shows that there is a big variety of products, which is what dog owners want when shopping online :P

It's not set in stone, I can change it if I find something better :)

What about something like pampered pet warehouse? Or pampered pooches (I know that this is geared for dogs) but how soon are you likely to develop additional lines for other pets?

From a sales point of view you probably will sell online? If so its not difficult to create another brand say for cats mollycoddled moggies or something and affiliate both sites with one another creating a group type effect. I know the cat on might be a bit too cheesy but it is definitely destinct and you can try to promote through your existing dog business. To defend this demographically you have dog or cat people, yes some do have both but I would imagine statistically there would be a lot more that have one or the other not both. You would need to carry out some research on this but I think the reality is that you will not gain major business from one type of pet brand to another.

You should try google adwords and keywords
Searching to try and get a feel for what people search when they look for pet products. This should have a significant bearing on determining your name. Whilst you may have what you feel is a cool name it might not be a good name for being found.

PM me of you want some further help - I'm not trying to sell a service I'm just offering my help ... Free :-)

Thanks for everyones replies.

Do you think 'HogDogs' -Accessories for dogs' is too cliché?

Maybe a bit too similar to HotDogs:eek: and makes me think of Harleys (for the non-bikers out there a Hog is the nickname for a Harley Davidson)

The canine warehouse?

If you might expand, The We are not humans warehouse. Lol.
