Business Cards

Loads of places do cards if you search on Google. Ke is to get a standard size as non normal size (like some from Vista print) look rubbish.

I tried Oasisprint as they were fast and I was very pleased with the quality of finish to the card too. Have a look at their site.

Hi there,

I know it's been discussed before, but could anyone tell me of any good places to get Business Cards ordered?

Thanks for your help.

Dan

Last week I used moo.com, I found they were good in letting me make exactly what I wanted by uploading pictures. I wasn't so impressed with the templates though.

Would also agree there is no point being cheap.

A very good place to buy business cards is from a online company called CardsMadeEasy :) They are at a reasonable price and also do flyers and leaflets if you want :) I just got my business cards from them and they turned out awesome :)[FONT=Arial, sans-serif] Call them on 02075665090 and get a free quote today

There are so many variations in terms of thickness/gloss/finish etc, I have always found it easier just to get done from a local printer instead of online tbh- just so you're fully aware with what you're getting and know what it looks/feels like before comitting to an order.

Echo what others have said re cheap cards, such a false economy and can sometimes do more damage than good!

I think any printer that posts in threads such as this should be banned..

The op asked for recommendations, not quotes from business that would obviously
claim what they do is of the best quality.

Christ whats wrong with some of you? Just because you are long term members doesnt mean you can spam the forums day in day out.

What's the problem....the OP asked for recommendations, some posters recommended themselves.

Fair play to them I say.

Wow. That seems a good price but more importantly, what do you do with 20,000 business cards?

I know others have mentioned them (and some have knocked them) but for ease of ordering (online), speed of delivery and finished product, I can't fault Vistaprint and I've used them many times. One general tip re bus cards - always include your photo! People buy people. They want to see who they'll be doing business with and to begin to get to know, like and trust you. Even if they meet you as you hand out your card directly, it's good for people to remember you and to stand out from the rest! Hope this helps.

Yes in a business you need to introduce yourself to your soon to be customers. And not only in your appearance but also on your business cards that your going to give them. So be aware of the appearance of the business cards.

I have had some artwork done for our our double sided business cards but the designer is recommending a printer offering £65 per 250. Am I right to think that's excessive; even for great quality?

I want great quality but what should I realistically expect to pay to get it?

I would recommend Zazzle, I've used them quite a few times. I've had quite a few compliments on mine since I started using the company. You can chose the weight of the card used, so you can go for cheap and flimsy or a slightly heavier more professional look, depends what you want to pay. Not to bad on price either way. You can use templates or upload your own pictures etc. I've used the same company for t-shirt printing as well. Also very good. Great customer service as well.
