Looking for serviced office space in cr9 or cr10 for 1 person (not desk space). If anyone has any info that would be great. I've tried gumtree and Google so far and will see how they turn out this week.

I contacted them but their fees are quite high. They are looking for over £700 a month for a 1 man office space.

Wow that is alot

Try rightmove, > Renting > Commercial > London/area > budget ££££

We have used rightmove 3 times for field offices just for 1 or 2 of our lads to work from.

£700 is definitely too much for a 1 man office space setup!
Prices in Croydon, CR9 in Lansdowne Road start from £199. Not much happening in the CR10 area at the moment.
CR0, you can get serviced offices from £122, in Windmill Road.

we have used a couple of online sites before, one option we have had great success with is WantDontWantSpace, can find them on google if you search "want dont want space"

Hey, post is about 2months old, so I don't know if refreshing it is a good idea. But try looking here for venues for hire in london, and maybe you'll find what you need. I don't exactly love their search function, maybe you'll like it better
