Looking for Bookkeeper with Knowledge of Kashflow, Paypal and Google Checkout

Can you recommend me a good bookkeeper with good knowledge of Paypal, Google Checkout and Kashflow?
I have already input all the transactions, but its hard to reconcile, especially with paypal. There are different things showing when I view my paypal transactions online, different when I download the csv file and different when kashflow automatically imports. And different from what shows on my bank statement. On top of that currency conversion if not done properly by kashflow. Its done on a fixed rate rather than the rate on the date of transactions. And paypal, instead of converting the currencies automatically, it creates two seperate accounts, one for USD and one for GBP. Its madness!
So, this undertaking has become too much for me. I need some help to reconcile.

Don't know about Kashflow but have a client who uses Paypal and I have made a simple spreadsheet on which we input the sales price of the goods, the price paid by Paypal, postage and VAT. Then stick formulae in a summary for posting on accounts package and ensuring that the total matches the amount paid into the bank by Paypal. If it doesn't it's usually to do with returns but a quick check of the figures sorts it out. It's relatively quick to do and it sorts out which nominal a/cs to post the figures to and how much commission is taken.

So, you dont really bother reconciling the paypal account, as long as it doesnt cause problems with the bank account?

We reconcile the paypal account to the amount paypal pay into the bank and use the spreadsheet to ascertain costs, what they are and where they go.

Have you thought that maybe kashflow isn't really appropriate for your business, any maybe think about using another package?

That's not the case.

If PayPal converted your transaction, they tell us the exchange rate used and we apply the same rate.

If PayPal don't give us a rate then we use the rate from the European Central Bank for that day.

To convert at a "fixed" rate would indeed be madness.
