I am wanting to find popular keywords but i have noticed overture stats say they are from junuary and im wanting somthing a bit more up to date. also is there any way of seeing what the most searched terms are for the uk only?
Is there anything other than overture

No great expert on these things, but I have found wordtracker quite easy to use and relatively cheap. You can buy a short term membership for say a week. We have not found anything that really gives you all the answers in one place !!

With overture, if you are targeting the UK market make sure you are using the UK version of overture. Unfortunately you see a lot of links (on forums and seo advice websites) just to the US version.

I think wordtracker is one of the better options, however they don't give all the answers. Customer Research is far more effective, its a real eye opener what people type into a search engines, and sometimes it can be the long-tail phrases that really catch the worms!
I would also install google analytics, a free tool that provides granular detail, which include the keywords used to access your site.
